Highly vascular tumor with neoplastic stromal cells (photomicrograph)

Pathologic specimen from a 22-year-old man. At this magnification the single epithelial layer of vessels is seen, stromal cells are seen with eccentrically placed nuclei and cytoplasmic vacuoles of either glycogen or lipid.
