Subdural empyema (CT) (1)

The CT demonstrates the presence of an empyema extending from the frontal pole over much of the hemisphere. Left hemispheric cerebral edema is present with left-to-right shift and compression of the lateral ventricle. (Contributed by Dr. John Greenlee.)
