Quantitative sudomotor axon reflex testing (QSART) sweating response

There is a progressive length-dependent decrease in sweat volume obtained from the lower extremity of a patient with autonomic neuropathy. The sweat response in the forearm is normal. (Contributed by Dr. James W Russell.)
