Ophthalmoplegic migraine and carotid dissection (2)

This 27-year-old woman with right hemicranial headache and day-2 onset of third nerve palsy involving the pupil was found to have a tapering occlusion of the right carotid artery due to dissection. (Contributed by Dr. James Corbett.)
