Paroxysmal exertion-induced dyskinesia in TBC1D24

After playing with his brother and running for extended periods, this child develops dystonic posturing of the left upper extremity. He was found to have biallelic variants in TBC1D24. (Contributed by Dr. Mariam Hull.)
