Aicardi syndrome in 6-month-old girl (lateral sagittal MRI)

Magnetic resonance, lateral sagittal image of 6-month-old girl with Aicardi syndrome presents subendymal nodular heterotopia protruding in the ventricular lumen. Such nodules contain heterotopic neocortex. (Contributed by Dr. Peter Barth.)
