REM sleep behavior disorder episode

During a typical REM sleep behavior disorder episode, polysomnographic tracing shows REM sleep without atonia characterized by increased axial and limb muscle tone. In the video segment, the patient seems to run away from something or someone. At the end of the episode, the patient questioned reports that he was chasing a thief.
