Focal seizure in ICU

This patient had left subdural hematoma. EEG showed continuous slow activity in the left fronto-temporal region. He developed recurrent clonic seizures of the right arm with eye and head deviation to right. EEG showed rhythmic delta activity lasting for 20 seconds. (Contributed by Dr. Selim R Benbadis.)
