Catatonic schizophrenia (2)

This patient, currently being treated with chlorpromazine and valproic acid, exhibits a mild postural tremor, intermittent stereotypic movements of his mouth and tongue, stereotypic rubbing of the left face and head with his left hand, tic-like movements of his left hand, and vocalizations.
