Tardive dystonia

There are frequent dystonic spasms involving various combinations of blepharospasm, grimacing, jaw opening or closure, and anterocollis and right torticollis. There is marked attenuation of all movements with speech. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
