Dystonia with camptocormia helped by a postural maneuver in primary generalized dystonia

This patient has primary generalized dystonia manifested mostly by dystonic camptocormia. Her dystonia is markedly relieved by stepping with one foot onto a chair ("geste antagonistique" or "geste antagoniste")--analogous to a "sensory trick." (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
