Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in 7-year-old boy (EEG)

7-year-old boy with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome due to malformations of cortical development (agyria, pachygyria and polymicrogyria). A tonic seizure presenting with mild clinical symptoms occurs during marked paroxysmal fast activity. Turning of the head and symmetrical flattening of the EEG follow.
