Ultrastructural features exhibited by Bacillus anthracis bacteria

Transmission electron microscopic image reveals some of the ultrastructural features exhibited by Bacillus anthracis bacteria. Note that the elongated bacteria were cut in their longitudinal plane, whereas the round-shaped bacteria were sectioned in their transaxial plane.
