Intraspinal lipoma (MRI)

This sagittal, T1-weighted MRI shows the conus medullaris (yellow arrow) being compressed by the lipoma (green arrow). The lipoma is clearly separate from the normal epidural fat (blue arrows). (Contributed by Dr. Sherman Stein.)
