Unverricht-Lundborg disease: myoclonic jerks without discernible EEG changes

(Ictal EEG) During clinical myoclonic jerks of arms and legs (see EMG channels), there were no discernible EEG changes. The lower parts of the figure represent simultaneously recorded bilateral surface EMG from several proximal to distal muscles (ie, frontalis to extensor digitorum brevis).
