Failed laminectomy for cervical spondylotic myelopathy

Sagittal, T2-weighted MRI in patient with continued myelopathy following bilateral laminectomies of C3 to C6. There is kyphosis, cord compression and myelomalacia at C6-7. (Contributed by Dr. Anil Nanda.)
