Structure of GlcNAc-1-phosphotransferase in the Golgi

GlcNAc-1-phosphotransferase is an alpha2β2γ2 heterohexameric transmembrane enzyme. The site-1 protease cleaves inactive precursor proteins and releases catalytically active alpha and beta subunits.
