Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease (MRI)

MRI in patient with Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease demonstrates cortical ribboning in the bilateral hemispheres, as well as diffusion restriction of the head of the caudate and putamen on (A) diffusion-weighted imaging with present ADC, correlate (B) more prominently on the left.
