Nasal biopsy showing vasculitis with fibrinoid vessel wall necrosis of submucosal tissue with irregular outlines. Note surrounding dense infiltrates of epithelioid cells, plasma cells, and predominantly eosinophilic granulocytes. Circumscribed granulomas are not seen in this area (HE stain, x 200).
