Solitary cysticercus granuloma in brainstem (MRI)

Contrast MRI showed a small ring-enhancing lesion of the pons. The patient presented with right 6th nerve palsy along with long tract sings of 14 days duration. The patient responded to corticosteroids. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
