Nonorganic visual loss

This patient described severe visual constriction. Binocular fields were performed using a tangent screen. When the testing distance was doubled, the same pattern of visual field constriction was demonstrated, without expansion that would occur in the case of an organic deficit. Non-organic visual field constriction was diagnosed. (Contributed by Dr. Sashank Prasad.)
