Sotos syndrome facial features

Patient with Sotos syndrome at the age of (A) 3 years old, (B) 7 years old, and (C) 11 years old. Note the distinctive facial features, including macrocephaly, dolichocephaly, hypertelorism with downslanting palpebral fissures, anteverted nostrils, frontal bossing, pointed chin, and prominent mandible.
