Red-purple, nonblanching vascular skin lesions (angiokeratoma) on the umbilicus of a patient with Fabry disease

Angiokeratoma are usually distributed on the buttocks, groin, umbilicus, upper thighs (bathing trunk distribution), and, occasionally, on the lips and oral mucosa.
