Intercurrent crises in patient with mevalonic aciduria

Patient with mevalonic aciduria 6 years of age during intercurrent crises with high fever, diarrhea, vomiting, hepatosplenomegaly, and rashes. In this girl, these conditions occurred fortnightly.
