Basilar artery stroke in 65-year-old man (MRI/MRA)

65-year-old male with basilar artery stroke. MRI of the brain with diffusion-weighted sequences demonstrated subacute infarct in the pons. MRA demonstrated thrombus in the mid-basilar artery. (Contributed by Dr. José Biller.)
