Oculogyric crisis

Young adult woman with oculogyric crisis. Observe the typical combination of torticollis and forced upward and lateral eye movements with a flexed posture of the right upper limb. Oculogyric crises were typically associated with postencephalitic parkinsonism but also seen in cases of encephalitis lethargica; however, because one condition led to the other, the distinction may not be meaningful.
