Left lateral cerebellar enhancing lesion (3-month postoperative MRI)

Coronal post-contrast MRI about 3 months after stereotactic radiosurgery and craniotomy, which demonstrates resolution of the tiny right cerebellar lesion and a new left cerebellar nodular enhancement within the resection cavity. (Contributed by Dr. Jason A Heth.)
