Sturge-Weber syndrome (MRA)

The magnetic resonance angiogram reveals absence of superficial cortical veins in the right cerebral hemisphere in a patient with port-wine birthmark on the right face. The cortical veins appear normally in the left hemisphere (arrowheads), which is the normal side. (Contributed by Dr. Ignacio Pascual-Castroviejo.)
