[18F] FDG-PET/computed tomography in a patient with cancer-associated myositis. A [18F] FDG-PET/CT performed for cancer screening in a 63-year-old woman with dermatomyositis disclosed a hypermetabolic right parahilar mass (arrow) with bilateral adrenal gland enlargement and high standardized uptake value (SUVmax 11.5) (left adrenal, asterisk). Adrenal CT-guided core-needle biopsy was positive for small cell lung cancer. (Contributed by Dr. Selva-O’Callaghan.)
