Juvenile neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (fundoscopic photograph)

Posterior pole of left ocular fundus. The optic nerve head is atrophic. The retinal arterioles are attenuated. There is pigment mottling and fine pigment clumping in the macular area. (Contributed by Dr. Eric Pearlman.)
