Vertex presentations, classification

The vertex presentations are classified according to the position of the fetal occiput relative to the maternal pelvis. Top row (left to right): right occipito-anterior (ROA), straight occipito-anterior, left occipito-anterior (LOA). Middle row: right occipito-transverse (ROT), left occipito-transverse (LOT).
