T2-weighted sagittal image shows lack of conus termination of the spinal cord, which extends up to L5 level. A large intradural cyst is seen at lower sacral canal. A linear high T2-signal strand within the cord represents intramedullary syrinx. (Contributed by Gaurang V Shah.)
