Ventriculomegaly and areas of transependymal cerebrospinal fluid leak in normal pressure hydrocephalus (MRI)

T2-weighted MRI demonstrating a ventriculomegaly and areas of transependymal cerebrospinal fluid leak. This patient had complete reversal of his gait disorder, dementia, and urinary incontinence after shunting. (Contributed by Dr. Peter Hedera.)
