Prominent aqueduct flow void in normal-pressure hydrocephalus (MRI)

T2-weighted MRI demonstrating a prominent flow void in the aqueduct, comparable with the degree of flow void in the basilar artery. This patient had an excellent response to shunting. (Contributed by Dr. Peter Hedera.)
