Unruptured cerebral aneurysm (MRI)

This 51-year-old woman presented with an incidental brain MRI finding of an abnormal flow void near the left middle cerebral artery bifurcation (arrow). A catheter cerebral angiogram was subsequently performed revealing bilateral middle cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysms (B-C, arrow). (Contributed by Dr. Philip M Meyers.)
