Progressive supranuclear palsy (polysomnogram)

REM sleep without rapid eye movements in a 67-year-old woman with advanced progressive supranuclear palsy. The EEG is low voltage without spindles and chin EMG is atonic but no eye movements occur. (Contributed by Dr. Michael Aldrich.)
