Posttraumatic gliosis in the right frontal region (CT)

This CT scan shows massive posttraumatic gliosis in the right frontal region along with healed fracture of skull. At the time of this scan, the patient was having uncontrolled left partial seizures with secondary generalization from last 3 years even after treatment with several antiepileptic polytherapy combinations.
