Saccade test in superior semicircular canal dehiscence

Saccade test in a 59-year-old Moroccan man with bilateral posterior and right superior semicircular canal dehiscence. The refixation latency, which assesses the latency of the eye's delection toward a new target, was greater than 280 ms in both eyes, without interocular dissociation, and with normal accuracy (between 70% and 100 %). In addition, there was right hypometria. Image edited by Dr. Douglas J Lanska to improve exposure and contrast and minimize the color cast. (From: Andaloussi TB, Bouqes M, Ouattassi N, et al.
