Pure-tone audiometry in a 59-year-old Moroccan man with bilateral posterior and right superior semicircular canal dehiscence shows bilateral mild to moderate sensorineural hearing loss, predominantly affecting high frequencies, more pronounced on the right side, with an average loss of 40 dB in the right ear and 36 dB in the left ear. Image edited by Dr. Douglas J Lanska to improve exposure and contrast and minimize the color cast. (From: Andaloussi TB, Bouqes M, Ouattassi N, et al.
