Caloric testing in a 59-year-old Moroccan man with bilateral posterior and right superior semicircular canal dehiscence. Right caloric hyporeflexia (canal paresis) is evident on the Freyss diagram (top center of figure), with a calculated deficit of 40% on the right and a normal reflectivity of 64.1°/s on the left.
