Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy: presurgical evaluation (EEG)

EEG with a 4 second burst of 4 Hz generalized spike-and-wave discharges. A sensitivity of 15 µV/mm was used to visualize the interictal epileptiform discharges but limited visualization of the intermittent right regional temporal delta slowing. (Contributed by Dr. William Tatum.)
