Japanese encephalitis: mouth-open dystonia

This 8-year-old boy with Japanese encephalitis presented with peculiar persistent mouth open dystonia along with dystonic movement of the tongue. Brain MRI showed characteristic changes in substantia nigra. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
