Japanese encephalitis: generalized tremor

This 3-year-old girl had generalized tremors involving dominantly upper limbs and face. The patient was diagnosed to have Japanese encephalitis on the basis of CSF examination. Brain MRI showed thalamic and substantia nigra changes. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
