Japanese encephalitis: opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome

This 10-year-old boy presented with acute-onset opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome. In addition, the patient had ataxic gait. CSF tested positive for Japanese encephalitis virus. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
