Parkinsonism and upgaze palsy (posttraumatic) treated with shunting

This 15-year-old girl sustained a head injury complicated by aqueductal stenosis. Examination shows upgaze palsy, left arm tremor, and parkinsonism, which improved markedly after shunting. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
