This young woman has juvenile Huntington disease manifested by ataxia and generalized action myoclonus. She has jerky tremors (properly termed "myoclonic movements") mostly in her upper extremities, worse on intention, and hung-up knee jerks. Her gait is broad-based and unsteady.
