Euphoria and chorea in Huntington disease

This man with Huntington disease exhibits generalized chorea and unwarranted euphoria. He incorporates many of his choreiform movements into seemingly normal gestures ("parakinesia"). Later he folds his arms in an effort to restrain them. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
