Motor impersistence and chorea in Huntington disease

This woman with advanced Huntington disease has impersistence of tongue protrusion and severe generalized chorea. She crosses her legs while seated to restrain them from moving. She has the characteristic dance-like gait of chorea but just needs minimum support for balance. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
