Unilateral (right) lambdoidal synostosis

The stenotic sutures are shown in blue. There is flattening of the ipsilateral parietoccipital region and frontal bossing on the same side (red arrow). The ipsilateral ear is often lowset. (Contributed by Dr. Sherman Stein.)
