Coronal T2-weighted MRI in 2 sections 4 mm apart of a 12-year-old boy with hypoplasia, but not total agenesis, of the olfactory bulbs. The brain was otherwise normal, and he did not have Kallmann syndrome, endocrinopathies, or neurologic deficits except for isolated anosmia.
